We provide Full range harm reduction services and supplies include safe use equipment, education, and naloxone distribution. In each kit we provide safe use accessories included by not limited to filters, sterile water, tourniquets, cookers, testing strips, pock sized sharps containers, and more !

Case Management

We provide wrap around case management such as identification documentation retrieval, case assessments, Food/Benefits sign up assistance, Insurance sign up, hospital exit planning and more !

Linkage to Care and Services

we provide linkage to MOUD services, health care, social services, and more !

Re-entry Planning

Our team will meet those incarcerated prior to release to develop person centered goals, needs assessments, and support for any route of recovery and education education needed

Drug User Union

Our Union consist of people with lived experience providing an advocacy role for our community to have an essential impact on our outreach, organization, and services. With our union we have opportunities for volunteer roles, outreach team positions, and more

Resource Center

Our resource center provides a safe space and resources to our community! Some services include : Peer library, Computer room, Living Room, and Game Room. We also provide food and hygiene products, coffee and tea, and more!

Blaze's Closet

Compassion Harvest Food Pantry

Our low barrier food pantry helps our team to support our members and community against food disparities with the county. We provide non perishable/ perishable items and snack bags to our clients
