Fyrebird Recovery’s street outreach brings harm reduction support directly into the community. Our outreach teams meet people where they are — in public spaces, encampments, and other community settings — to provide practical support, resources, and connection to care.
Through street outreach, we distribute harm reduction supplies, hygiene items, food and water, and educational resources. Outreach is peer-informed, nonjudgmental, and rooted in respect for autonomy and lived experience.
Street outreach is often the first point of connection. It builds trust, reduces harm, and opens pathways to additional support when and if people want it.
For the safety of our participants, volunteers, and staff, outreach locations are not publicly posted. If you are seeking outreach services or would like to inquire about availability, please contact our office directly so we can coordinate safely and appropriately.
No pressure. No requirements. Just care.
